Complete Measuring Station From One Source
The new portable 3-roller measuring system (P3RM) from HAEHNE is suitable for the temporary measurement of web tension in an existing machine without major retrofitting. Through the given angular geometry and the fully assembled measurement rolls the mobile measuring device only has be introduced at the appropriate place in the machine. By this a measurement of the actual applied web tension is already possible without additional effort or conversion.
The mobile station can be specified according to customer requirements in roller length, diameter or surface.
To capture the measured values, for example, the portable measuring amplifier PAD2 is suitable.
For example, the measuring station shown below is suitable for a maximum web tension of 4 kN. In this case the roll diameter is 50 mm and the distance between the rolls is 200 mm. The roll length is selectable between 50 and 100 mm. Other dimensions can be offered on request.
The 3-roller measuring systems from HAEHNE can be also used for stationary installation. The advantages of simple installation and commissioning remain. Besides the one-sided bearing support also systems with dual-sided bearing supports are possible.
On request also larger forces and dimensions can be realized.
