Strength of HAEHNE Pillow Block Sensors
Force measuring blocks, which are mounted between pedestal bearing and machine mounting surface, must measure stable and reliable. The HAEHNE monoblock tensiometers offer the following advantages, especially for demanding applications:
No re-calibration necessary due to mechanical stop
Mounting plates between the sensor and pillow block bearing are not necessarily required for functional reasons
Versions with an greater stiffness can be provided for critical applications
Pillow block sensors intended for flatness measuring rolls are provided with a specially ground surface

Force measuring blocks made from stainless steel
The force measuring blocks are designed for heavy use and are preferably used in the metal industry. Due to the mechanical stops, they have a high level of overload protection. The block sensors can be easily adapted to different types of bearings and can be quickly and easily mounted between the pedestal bearing and the machine mounting surface.
