HAEHNE's proven force measuring bolts are now also available with an integrated IO-Link amplifier. So HAEHNE now provides a force sensor that is quick and easy to install in conjunction with an easy-to-parameterize standard interface to further simplify installation and commissioning. The IO interface is available for the KMB standard range as well as for customized dimensions.
The KMB-IO force measuring bolt was developed specifically for measuring tension and compression forces that are introduced into components (such as lugs and hooks) through clevises. It is used in particular in conjunction with pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. It can be used wherever suitable clevises are available or can be easily retrofitted.
The blue dot makes the difference
The KMB-IO series is another product that is marked with the blue dot at HAEHNE. This indicates the direction of force application on the force sensors and will gradually replace the previous red dot.
