New force measuring roller
The force measuring roller of the RCR-series offers compact dimensions and is used for measuring the tension force in wires. The RCR can accommodate a variety of standardized pulleys and is therefore very versatile.
The flexible mounting options include the possibility of installing the force transducer either with four fastening elements from the front or with a single fastening element from the rear.
Like all HAEHNE web tension sensors, the inner part acts as a double bending beam system with high linearity and rigidity due to its special design.
The blue dot makes the difference
The RCR series is another HAEHNE product that features the blue dot. This indicates the direction of force application on the force transducer and will gradually replace the previous red dot.
