Load cell calibration
The force transducer is calibrated in the factory using a so-called reference sensor in a testing machine. The load cell to be calibrated and the reference sensor are loaded equally and the values are compared with one another. The difference between the values must be within the required tolerance.
Even if it is installed and removed several times, the force sensor must measure consistently under different conditions. The measured value is thus reproducible.
